| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současný stav zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané společnosti a navrhnout možné oblasti pro zlepšení. Práce je strukturována do dvou hlavních částí: teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část poskytuje ucelený přehled relevantní literatury zabývající se motivací, spokojeností, odměňováním zaměstnanců a zejména zaměstnaneckými benefity. Tyto poznatky jsou doplněny o aktuální zdroje, s důrazem na benefity poskytované v České republice. V praktické části práce je představena konkrétní společnost a podrobně popsány benefity, které v současnosti poskytuje. Pro zhodnocení atraktivity těchto benefitů, spokojenosti zaměstnanců s nimi a identifikaci oblastí ke zlepšení bylo mezi zaměstnanci provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky tohoto šetření slouží jako základ pro odhalení nedostatků a formulaci doporučení pro zlepšení nabídky zaměstnaneckých benefitů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the current state of employee benefits in a selected company and to suggest possible areas for improvement. The thesis is structured in two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive review of relevant literature dealing with motivation, satisfaction, employee compensation and especially employee benefits. This knowledge is complemented by up-to-date sources, with an emphasis on benefits provided in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of the thesis, a specific company is introduced and the benefits it currently provides are described in detail. To assess the attractiveness of these benefits, employee satisfaction with them and to identify areas for improvement, a questionnaire survey was conducted among employees. The results of this survey serve as a basis for identifying gaps and formulating recommendations for improving the employee benefits offer. |
