| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem zavádění školení kybernetické bezpečnosti do vybrané neziskové organizace. Jejím cílem je prokázat, zda zvolená metoda školení splňuje jeho primární funkci a vede zaměstnance vybrané neziskové organizace k lepší znalosti kybernetické bezpečnosti. Praktická část této diplomové práce je rozdělena na celkem dvě části, přičemž v obou je využito kvantitativního šetření. První z nich se věnuje testování gamifikované platformy, která byla nejprve pro školení kybernetické bezpečnosti zvolena. Pro vybranou organizaci ale nebyla vyhodnocena jako vyhovující, a proto se druhá část praktické části zabývá testováním vlastní pilotní verze školení kybernetické bezpečnosti. Z tohoto testování vyplynulo, že vytvořená pilotní verze platformy pro školení kybernetické bezpečnosti vede zaměstnance k lepší znalosti kybernetické bezpečnosti. Pro její následné využití jako plošný nástroj jednoho z povinných školení pro všechny zaměstnance vybrané neziskové organizace byla následně identifikována specifická doporučení pro další rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the process of implementing cybersecurity training into a selected non-profit organization. It aims to demonstrate whether the chosen training approach fulfils its primary function and leads the employees of the selected non-profit organisation to a better understanding of cyber security. The practical part of this thesis is divided into two parts, both of which make use of quantitative research. The first part focuses on testing the gamified platform that was first chosen for the cybersecurity training. However, it was not found to be suitable for the selected organisation and therefore the second part of the practical part deals with testing the actual pilot version of the cyber security training. This testing has proven that the developed pilot version of the cybersecurity training platform leads employees to have a better understanding of cybersecurity. Specific recommendations for further development were then identified for its subsequent use as an across-the-board tool for one of the mandatory training courses for all employees of the selected nonprofit organization. |
