| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Philip Morris ČR, a.s. s využitím dostupných účetních výkazů za roky 2017–2021. V teoretické části práce je zdůrazněn účel finanční analýzy, zdrojové informace, vybrané metody finanční analýzy a bankrotní a bonitní modely. V praktické části práce jsou aplikovány metody finanční analýzy a vypočítány bankrotní a bonitní modely představené v teoretické části. V praktické části jsou diskutovány dosažené výsledky, a to také ve srovnání s konkurentem. V závěru bakalářské práce je zhodnoceno finanční zdraví společnosti Philip Morris ČR, a.s., jsou zdůrazněny silné stránky společnosti, případně jsou definovaná doporučení pro zlepšení problémových oblastí. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of Philip Morris ČR, a.s. using the financial statements available for the years 2017 - 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis emphasizes the purpose of financial analysis, source information, selected methods of financial analysis and bankruptcy and creditworthiness models. In the practical part of the thesis, the financial analysis methods are applied, and the bankruptcy and creditworthiness models presented in the theoretical part are calculated. In the practical part, the results obtained are discussed, also in comparison with the competitor. In the conclusion of the bachelor thesis, the financial health of Philip Morris ČR a.s. is evaluated, the strengths of the company are highlighted and recommendations for improvement of problem areas are defined. |
