| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je odhadnout profitabilitu konkrétního investičního záměru. Práce je zpracována formou studie proveditelnosti pro investiční projekt kavárny. Diplomová práce je rozdělená do třech částí. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky: proces investičního rozhodování, metody hodnocení investičního projektů, rizika spojená s investičním projektem. V metodologické části jsou popsány metody zpracování průzkumu trhu a kvantitativní analýzy rizik s využitím simulační metody Monte Carlo. V praktické části je představena studie proveditelnosti, do níž jsou zahrnuty kapitoly: podstata projektu a jeho etap, analýza trhu a odhad poptávky, finanční plán, hodnocení efektivity projektu, analýza rizik a další. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this master’s thesis is to estimate the profitability of particular investment proposal. This master’s thesis was prepared in a structure of feasibility study for investment project of café. The master’s thesis consists of three parts. In the theoretical part is described the knowledge of the process of investment decision making, methods of valuation and risks attributable to investment projects. In the methodological part are described methods applied to do market research and quantitative risk analysis using simulation method Monte Carlo. The practical part represents the feasibility study, which includes chapters: project characteristics and its phases, market analysis and estimate of demand, financial plan, valuation of project, risk analysis and others. |
