| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení současného systému, identifikace jeho silných a slabých stránek. Dílčím cílem je představení teoretických východisek souvisejících se zkoumanou problematikou. Teoretická část vychází z rešerše základní literatury. Tato část vymezuje související pojmy, poukazuje na důležitost zkoumané problematiky, představuje koncept systematického vzdělávání a rozvoje a přibližuje metody výzkumu. Druhá část práce zahrnuje představení vybrané společnosti a popis současného systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců pomocí metody deskripce. K dosažení cílů je využita kvantitativní metoda, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření. Hlavním přínosem bakalářské práce je formulace doporučení ke zlepšení současných procesů vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor’s Thesis deals with the issues of education and the development of employees in a particular company. The aim is to evaluate the ongoing system and to identify its strong and weak sides. The sub-objective of the thesis is to present the theoretical basis related to the subject. The theoretical part of the thesis proceeds from literary research. This part also defines all the related terms, specifies the issue's importance, presents the concept of systematic education and development of employees, and describes the methods. The second part of the thesis contains an introduction to the chosen company and the current education and development system characterized by a description method. The quantitative method is used to meet the goals, specifically, a questionnaire survey. The main contribution of this thesis is the formulation of recommendations for improving the current system of education and the development of employees. |
