| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení úrovně pracovní spokojenosti a motivace u pedagogických pracovníků s přihlédnutím k jejich pohlaví a stupni výuky, na kterém vyučují. Nejprve jsou představeny základní pojmy, teoretický rámec a problematika, včetně definic a faktorů, které zmíněné psychologické procesy ovlivňují. Dále je popsána metodologie a výzkumné metody použité při sběru dat. Rovněž jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, na které je následně odpovězeno. V hlavní části práce jsou analyzovány výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu a hodnocení vlivu zjištěných faktorů na kvalitu výuky a vztahy mezi učiteli a jejich povoláním. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsou závěrem autorkou práce navrženy možnosti a doporučení, jak zlepšit pracovní spokojenost a motivaci učitelů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the level of work satisfaction and motivation among teaching staff, taking into account their gender and the education level they teach at. First, the basic concepts, theoretical framework and issues are introduced, including definitions and factors that influence the mentioned psychological processes. Next, the methodology and research methods used in data collection are described. The research questions are also set out and then they are answered. In the main part of the thesis, the results of the qualitative research and the evaluation of the influence of the identified factors on the quality of teaching and the relationship between teachers and their profession are analyzed. Based on the results of the research, options and recommendations are finally proposed to improve teachers' work satisfaction and motivation. |
