| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti VJB Partner s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány metody finanční analýzy, které jsou následně aplikovány na danou společnost v praktické části. Analýza je provedena za období 2017 až 2021 a zahrnuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu účetních výkazů, analýzu čistého pracovního kapitálu a poměrových ukazatelů. Dále je komplexně zhodnocena finanční situace podniku pomocí bankrotních a bonitních modelů a ekonomické přidané hodnoty. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí výstupů z jednotlivých částí analýzy, zhodnocení finančního zdraví podniku a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the financial analysis of VJB Partner s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company and to identify its strenghts and weaknesses. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the methods of financial analysis, which are then applied to the company in the practical part. The analysis is performed for the period 2017 to 2021 and includes horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, net working capital analysis and ratio analysis. Furthermore, the financial position of the company is comprehensively evaluated using bankruptcy and creditworthiness models and economic value added. The conclusion contains a summary of the outputs from each part of the analysis, evaluation of the financial health of the company and recommendations. |
