| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá modely, díky kterým mohou organizátoři zajistit udržitelnost daného festivalu skrze metody trojí odpovědnosti, kde je brán ohled na ekonomickou, sociální a enviromentální stránku udržitelnosti. V teoretické části bude blíže popsána problematika festivalů se zaměřením na festivaly elektronické taneční hudby. Dále budou nalezeny organizační a plánovací modely udržitelného festivalu, které budou aplikovány na hudební festival Transforma konaný každoročně v jihočeském městě Tábor a bude porovnáno, jak se Transforma od modelů udržitelnosti odchyluje. Výzkum bude probíhat formou kvalitativního rozhovoru s pořadatelem Transformy a dalšími osobami pracujícími na festivale. |

| Abstract: | This bachelors Thesis examines different models organizers can use to ensure sustainability of a festival through the tripple-bottom-line principles, where economic, social and environmental sustainability is considered. In theoretical part, festival will be examined with focus on electronic dance music festivals. Furthermore, discovered planning and organizing models of sustainable festivals will be then applied on a music festival Transforma, which takes place annually in Southern Czechia region city Tábor. The festival will then be compared with the models and its sustainability evaluated. Qualitative interviews will be conducted with the Transforma organizer and other people involved in the festival. |
