| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá moderními trendy ve využívání ICT v oblasti lidských zdrojů, zejména v procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Teoretická část práce stručně popisuje hlavní nástroje pro nábor lidských zdrojů z pohledu informačních a komunikačních technologií, ale i tradičních HR nástrojů. V praktické části se zaměřuje na využívání ICT trendů v rámci procesů hledání a přijímání nových zaměstnanců u velkých firem v České republice a na Slovensku. Následně dochází k analýze ICT trendů a algoritmů, které by mohly být integrovány do procesu náboru zaměstnanců, a nakonec dojde ke zhodnocení jejich očekávané účinnosti. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis examines the modern trends of ICT in the field of human resources, especially in the process of recruitment and selection of employees. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly describes the main tools for recruiting human resources from the perspective of ICT as well as traditional HR tools. The practical part focuses on the use of ICT trends in the search and recruitment processes of large companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Subsequently, ICT trends and algorithms that could be integrated into the recruitment process are analysed and finally their expected effectiveness is evaluated. |
