| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat analýzu organizace a jejího chodu. Vybranou organizací pro tuto analýzu je Hudební divadlo Karlín. Teoretická část práce pojednává o historii muzikálů, jejich vývoji a jejich současnosti. Zaměřuje se také na možnosti financování divadel v České republice, na příspěvkové organizace hlavního města Prahy a na růst cen energií, který nastal v roce 2022. Praktická část je již věnována Hudebnímu divadlu v Karlíně. Konkrétně je zmíněna personální struktura divadla, jeho repertoár a s ním související návštěvnost. Důraz je kladen na financování divadla, výši neinvestičního příspěvku a soběstačnost divadla. Práce využívá kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na analýze veřejně dostupných dokumentů a také polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s vedením Hudebního divadla Karlín. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to analyse an organization and its operations. The chosen organization for this analysis is Karlín Musical Theatre. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the history of musicals, their development, and their present situation. It then focuses on the possibilities of financing theatres in the Czech Republic, on the contributory organizations of the capital city of Prague and on the rise in energy prices that occurred in 2022. The practical part of the thesis is then devoted to Karlín Musical Theatre itself. The staff structure, its repertoire and the attendance are mentioned. A great deal of emphasis was placed on the financing of the theatre, the amount of non-investment contribution and its self-sufficiency. The thesis uses qualitative research based on the analysis of publicly available documents as well as semi-structured interviews with the management of Karlín Musical Theatre. |
