| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou oceňování podniku. Cílem této práce je stanovit tržní hodnotu konkrétní společnosti pro vlastníky i věřitele k 1.1.2023. První část se věnuje teorii oceňování společnosti a je nastíněn postup při ocenění a vybrány metody ocenění. Aplikační část podrobuje podnik strategické a finanční analýze, poté jsou prognózovány tržby a další generátory hodnoty pro sestavení finančního plánu. Hodnota podniku je stanovena metodami diskontovaných peněžních toků – DCF entity a DCF APV a metodou odvětvových násobitelů. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis deals with the issue of business valuation. The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of a particular company for owners and creditors as of 1.1.2023. The first part is based on the theory of company valuation and the valuation procedure is outlined and valuation methods are selected. The application part subjects the company to strategic and financial analysis, then sales and other value generators are forecasted to develop a financial plan. The value of the enterprise is determined using discounted cash flow methods - DCF entity and DCF APV and the industry multiples method. |
