| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku závislosti na marihuaně a její dopad na pracovní život dospělých osob v České republice. Cílem práce je vytvořit souhrn doporučení pro manažery, kteří se setkávají s rizikovými pracovníky se závislostí na marihuaně. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy závislost, marihuana, pracovní prostředí a prevence. Dále jsou popsány důsledky užívání marihuany na pracovišti, rizikové faktory pro rozvoj závislosti a možnosti léčby a pomoci. V praktické části je proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti uživateli marihuany a jedním manažerem, který se potýkal s uživateli marihuany ve svém týmu. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů jsou formulovány hlavní zjištění a doporučení pro nadřízené a uživatele marihuany. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the issue of marijuana dependence and its impact on the working lives of adults in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to create a set of recommendations for managers who encounter at-risk workers with marijuana addiction. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the concepts of addiction, marijuana, work environment and prevention are defined. Furthermore, the consequences of marijuana use in the workplace, risk factors for the development of addiction and treatment and assistance options are described. In the practical part, qualitative research is conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with five marijuana users and one manager who has dealt with marijuana users in his team. Based on the analysis of the interviews, key findings and recommendations for supervisors and marijuana users are formulated. |
