| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá evaluací cílů vytyčených v aktuálně platných koncepcích kulturního rozvoje městských částí Praha 6 a Praha 10 a celkovým přínosem, které tyto dokumenty představují. První část práce pokládá teoretické základy, na kterých je následně vystavěna část druhá. Teoretická část popisuje strukturu správních orgánů hlavního města Prahy, a zvláště se soustředí na funkci Magistrátu a odboru kultury, který se podílí na tvorbě kulturní politiky hlavního města, jež je zde také stručně vysvětlena. Práce charakterizuje obě městské části, jak Prahu 6, tak Prahu 10, a to hlavně z kulturního hlediska. Z velké části se práce týká právě koncepcí kulturního rozvoje. Kapitoly také obsahují popis kulturních institucí, které vystupují později v praktické části. Na závěr první části jsou zde vylíčeny principy a postup kulturní evaluace, kterými se následně řídím. Praktická část obsahuje evaluaci provedenou kvalitativním výzkumem v podobě řízených rozhovorů a jejich analýzu uskutečněnou za účelem zhodnocení plnění kulturních cílů a celkového významu výše zmíněných koncepcí na obou městských částech. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the objectives set out in the currently valid cultural development concepts of the Prague 6 and Prague 10 districts and the overall contribution that these documents represent. The first part of the thesis lays the theoretical foundations on which the second part is built. The theoretical part describes the structure of the administrative bodies of the capital city of Prague, and in particular focuses on the function of the City Hall and the Department of Culture, which is involved in the development of the cultural policy of the capital city, which is also briefly explained here. The thesis characterizes both Prague 6 and Prague 10, mainly from the cultural point of view. For the most part, the thesis is concerned with cultural development concepts. The chapters also contain descriptions of cultural institutions, which appear later in the practical part. At the end of the first part, the principles and procedure of cultural evaluation are outlined, which I then follow. The practical part contains the evaluation conducted through qualitative research in the form of guided interviews and their analysis carried out to assess the fulfilment of cultural objectives and the overall relevance of the above mentioned concepts in the two urban districts. |
