| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je na základě výstupů jednotlivých částí strategické analýzy identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a ohrožení vybraných programů české části neziskové organizace Člověk v tísni. Konkrétně se jedná o vzdělávací programy zaštítěné sekcí Varianty. V teoretické části je definován neziskový sektor a popsány jednotlivé části strategické analýzy. V praktické části je charakterizována organizace Člověk v tísni, její sekce Varianty a její konkurenční organizace. Dále jsou provedeny jednotlivé analýzy na základě dostupných informací a údajů získaných z osobních rozhovorů a interní komunikace se zaměstnanci. Člověk v tísni je jednou z největších a nejznámějších neziskových organizací v ČR s velmi stabilní pozicí, komunitou a vlivem, což se promítá i do výsledků práce. Jednotlivé analýzy berou také v potaz pandemii Covid-19, která měla na Člověka v tísni celkově pozitivní dopad. Výsledkem této bakalářské práce je SWOT analýza a soubor doporučení pro organizaci. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of selected programs of the Czech part of the non-profit organization People in Need based on the outputs of the individual parts of the strategic analysis. Specifically, these are the educational programs under the section called Varianty. The theoretical part defines the non-profit sector and describes the individual parts of the strategic analysis. The practical part characterizes the organization People in Need, section Varianty, and competition. The individual analyses are carried out on the basis of available information and data obtained from personal interviews and internal communication with employees. People in Need is one of the largest and best-known non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic with a very stable position, community, and influence, which is reflected in the results of the work. The individual analyses also take into account the Covid-19 pandemic, which had an overall positive impact on People in Need. The outcome of this thesis is a SWOT analysis and a set of future recommendations for the organization. |
