| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu situace cizinců na českém trhu práce na základě dostupných dat. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. První části se zaměřuje na teoretické aspekty migrace a české migrační politiky a rovněž se věnuje aktuální legislativě platné pro cizince na trhu práce v ČR. Druhá část bakalářské práce zahrnuje dotazníkové šetření, které si klade za cíl zhodnotit situaci cizinců na pracovním trhu v České republice. Cílem je zjistit, s jakými obtížemi se potýkají při hledání zaměstnání a co je motivuje k práci právě v této zemi. Dotazník slouží k vyhodnocení současného postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce a k identifikaci oblastí, které by bylo možné zlepšit, aby se zvýšila jejich šance na úspěšné uplatnění. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the situation of foreigners on the Czech labor market based on available data. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspects of migration and Czech migration policy and deals with current legislation applicable to foreigners on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The second part of the bachelor thesis includes a questionnaire survey, which aims to evaluate the situation of foreigners on the labor market in the Czech Republic. The aim is to find out what difficulties they face when looking for a job and what motivates them to work in this country. The questionnaire serves to evaluate the current position of foreigners on the Czech labor market and to identify areas that could be improved to increase their chances of successful employment. |
