| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu inovačního potenciálu české společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. Práce bude rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první, teoretické části bude popsána terminologie a teorie pojmů, jakými jsou inovace a její různé formy, dělení inovací, inovační modely, inovační potenciál a také finanční analýza. Praktická část bude věnována analýze výročních zpráv společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. a její finanční analýze, ale také analýze vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Práce bude zakončena závěrečným souborem návrhů opatření k dalšímu využití inovačního potenciálu a následným odkázáním na zdroje a přílohy. |

| Abstract: | The Master’s Thesis focuses on the analysis of the innovation potential of the Czech company Škoda Transportation a.s. The thesis will be divided into theoretical and analytical part. In the first, theoretical part, the terminology and theory of concepts such as innovation and its different forms, division of innovation, innovation models, innovation potential and also financial analysis will be described. The analytical part will be devoted to the analysis of the annual reports of Škoda Transportation a.s. and its financial analysis, as well as the analysis of the external and internal environment. The thesis will conclude with a final set of proposals for measures to further exploit the innovation potential and subsequent reference to sources and appendices. |
