| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem organizační kultura a konkrétně se zaměřuje na energetickou společnost ŠKO-ENERGO, s. r. o. Cílem je analyzovat vnímání prvků organizační kultury ve zkoumané společnosti ze strany zaměstnanců a porovnat tyto dílčí prvky se záměry a vnímáním vedoucích pracovníků. Výsledky jsou sestaveny na základě odpovědí získaných od zaměstnanců v dotazníkovém šetření a na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zaměstnanci na vedoucích pozicích. Získaná data nabízí náhled na skutečný stav firemní kultury a zaměstnanecké vztahy ve firmě. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou v závěru výsledky interpretovány a v návaznosti na ně jsou nabídnuta doporučení na zlepšení situace ve vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of organizational culture and specifically focuses on the energy company ŠKO-ENERGO, s. r. o. The aim is to analyze the perception of the elements of organizational culture in the studied company by employees and to compare these sub-elements with the intentions and perceptions of managers. The results are compiled on the basis of the answers obtained from employees in a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with employees in senior positions. The data obtained offers insights into the actual state of corporate culture and employee relations in the company. Based on these insights, the results are interpreted in the conclusion and recommendations are offered to improve the situation in the selected company. |
