| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to identify and show the possibilities of financing theatre operations in the Czech Republic and to verify on the chosen object of research - the theatre Venuše ve Švehlovce - how the independent theatre uses all available sources of financing under the given personnel conditions. The financing of theatre operations in the Czech Republic is, on the whole, a given for the entities that carry out theatre operations. The main, irreplaceable component is the financing of theatre operations from public sources (local government units and their institutions, the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic, the State Fund of Culture of the Czech Republic, European funds, etc.). There is also an important component of own income (especially income from ticket sales). This component is highly variable and is largely not the main parameter determining the budget and theatre operations. |

| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit a ukázat možnosti financování provozu nezávislého divadla v rámci České republiky a na zvoleném předmětu zkoumání – divadlo Venuše ve Švehlovce – ověřit, jakým způsobem nezávislé divadlo využívá všech dostupných zdrojů financování za daných personálních podmínek. Financování divadelních provozů v ČR je pro subjekty, které divadelní provoz vykonávají, vcelku dané. Hlavní, nezastupitelnou složkou je financování divadelního provozu z veřejných zdrojů (Samosprávní celky a jejich instituce, Ministerstvo kultury ČR, Státní fond kultury ČR, Evropské fondy, aj.). Dále je zde důležitá složka vlastních příjmů (zejména příjmy za prodeje vstupenek). Tato složka je vysoce variabilní a v rámci divadelních provozů se z velké části nejedná o hlavní parametr určující rozpočet a divadla. |
