| Abstract: |
Employee training and development is an important factor in increasing the value of human capital. The purpose of this study is to examine how training is implemented for staff members in each department of the Mariott Hotel Thailand and how much it affects employees' performance. In the theoretical part, there will be defined a framework of training and development and performance management (including related HR processes), it will also focus on the area of measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of education. In the practical part, the analysis of the influence of training on employees' performance will be realized. Based on the findings, the conclusion and recommendation will be presented. Methodology: both qualitative and quantitative methods will be used by interviewing the L&D manager along with surveys from the hotel employees. |

Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců je důležitým faktorem při zvyšování hodnoty lidského kapitálu. Účelem této studie je prozkoumat, jak je školení prováděno pro zaměstnance v jednotlivých odděleních hotelu Mariott Hotel Thailand a jak moc ovlivňuje výkon zaměstnanců. V teoretické části bude definován rámec školení a rozvoje a řízení výkonnosti (včetně souvisejících HR procesů), zaměří se také na oblast měření a hodnocení efektivity vzdělávání. V praktické části bude provedena analýza vlivu školení na výkonnost zaměstnanců. Na základě zjištěných skutečností bude předložen závěr a doporučení. Metodika: budou použity kvalitativní i kvantitativní metody při dotazování manažera L&D spolu s průzkumy od zaměstnanců hotelu. |
