| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti IVECO Czech Republic, a.s. k datu ocenění 31.12.2021. Diplomová práce je vypracována pro potřeby strategického rozhodování vrcholného managementu, případně akcionářů, a je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zahrnuje obecné informace o jednotlivých analýzách a metodách, které jsou následně použity v rámci praktické části. Ačkoliv hlavním výstupem praktické části je odhad tržní hodnoty oceňované společnosti k datu ocenění, praktická část obsahuje i dílčí závěry finanční analýzy, strategické analýzy a analýzy generátorů hodnoty v podobě sestaveného finančního plánu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company IVECO Czech Republic, a.s. as of December 31, 2021. The thesis is prepared for the purposes of strategic decision-making by top management or shareholders, and is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part includes general information about analysis and methods that are subsequently used in the practical part. Even though the main output of the practical part is the estimated market value of the company as of 31, December 2021, the practical part also includes conclusions of financial analysis, strategic analysis, and value drivers analysis. |
