| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikace možností financování spotu z veřejných zdrojů ve městě Plzeň v letech 2019-2022. V rámci práce je využita metoda komparace v rámci analýzy výše poskytnutých dotací na jednotlivé druhy sportu, prezentovány jsou i podíly dotací, které směřovaly na podporu sportující mládeže. Dále jsou analyzovány důvody pro konkrétní alokaci dotací za použití informací z rozhovorů s představitelem Odboru sportu města Plzeň, představitelem Plzeňského krajského fotbalového svazu a předsedou Krajského výkonného výboru pro Plzeňský hokej a manažerem pro veřejnou správu oddílu HC Plzeň 1929 s.r.o. Práce obsahuje komparaci sportů dle velikosti členské základny. Dále také analýzu dotací poskytovaných v rámci centrální úrovně prostřednictvím dotační výzvy Můj Klub, která byla vyhlášena nejprve Ministerstvem školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy a poté Národní sportovní agenturou. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu dotací poskytnutých sportovním klubům na území města Plzně z rozpočtu Plzeňského kraje z rozpočtu města Plzeň. Analýza dotací poskytnutých v rámci centrální, regionální i místní úrovně umožnila zjistit, že celková dotační podpora sportovním klubům na území města Plzně se každý rok nezvyšuje. Současně ale platí, že dotační podpora sportovním klubům na území města Plzně byla v roce 2022 na vyšší úrovni než před pandemií Covid-19 v roce 2019. V rámci sportovních klubů města Plzeň platí, že na nejvyšší dotační podporu dosahovaly ve zkoumaném období sporty s nejvyšší členskou základnou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the possibilities of financing sport from public sources in the city of Pilsen in the years 2019-2022. The thesis uses the method of comparison in the analysis of the amount of subsidies provided for individual types of sport, and the shares of subsidies that were directed to support youth sports are presented. Furthermore, the reasons for the specific allocation of subsidies are analysed using information from interviews with a representative of the Sports Department of the City of Plzeň, a representative of the Plzeň Regional Football Association and the chairman of the Regional Executive Committee for Plzeň Hockey and the public administration manager of HC Plzeň 1929 s.r.o. The thesis contains a comparison of sports according to the size of the membership base. It also includes an analysis of subsidies provided at the central level through the My Club subsidy call, which was announced first by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and then by the National Sports Agency. The thesis also includes an analysis of subsidies provided to sports clubs in the territory of the city of Pilsen from the budget of the Pilsen Region. The analysis of the subsidies provided at the central, regional and local level allowed to find out that the total subsidy support to sports clubs in the territory of the city of Pilsen does not increase every year. At the same time, however, it is true that the subsidy support to sports clubs in the territory of the City of Pilsen was at a higher level in 2022 than before the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019. Within the sports clubs of the City of Pilsen, it is true that the sports with the highest membership base achieved the highest subsidy support in the period under study. |
