| Abstract: | Cílem práce je přiblížit problematiku hypotečních produktů. Nejprve se budeme zabývat pochopením právního rámce hypotečních úvěrů v ekonomice a následně budou popsány, pro tuto práci relevantní, typy hypotečních produktů, které jsou na trhu nabízeny. V empirické části je provedena analýza faktorů, které ovlivňují úrokové sazby hypoték. Další část se zabývá komparací produktů jednotlivých vybraných bank. V závěru je provedeno srovnání vývoje realitního trhu se srovnáním mezi regiony České republiky a také se zahraničím. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to approach the issue of mortgage products. First, an understanding of the legal framework of mortgage loans in the economy and then an overview of the individual types of products that are offered on the market. In practical part is an analysis of the factors that affect mortgage interest rates. The next part deals with the comparison of the products of individual selected banks. At the end there is comparison of the development of the real estate market with a comparison between the regions of the Czech Republic and also with foreign countries. |
