| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je představení problematiky oceňování mladých nově vnikajících společností v rané fázi svého působení a znázornění postupu tohoto ocenění na reálné startupové společnosti. V teoretické části je nejprve pozornost věnována uvedení do problematiky pomocí představení životních fází podniků, vymezení startupového trhu a představení jednak základních metod ocenění, ale také alternativního způsobu ocenění využívající se zejména k ocenění mladých společností. V praktické části jsou dále tyto teoretické znalosti využity k ocenění reálné startupové společnosti v několika krocích, od základního představení společnosti, přes strategickou a finanční analýzu, analýzu generátorů hodnoty až k sestavení finančního plánu a odhadu výsledné hodnoty společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to introduce the issue of valuation of young emerging companies in the early stage of their operation and to illustrate the process of this valuation on a real startup company. In the theoretical part, the first focus is on introducing the issue by introducing the life stages of companies, defining the startup market and introducing both the basic valuation methods and an alternative valuation method used mainly to value young companies. In the practical part, this theoretical knowledge is further applied to the valuation of a real startup company in several steps, starting with a basic introduction of the company, through strategic and financial analysis, analysis of value drivers, to the construction of a financial plan and estimation of the final value of the company. |
