| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice týkající se zpracování konsolidované účetní závěrky a podnikovými kombinacemi, zejména v úpravě IFRS. V teoretické části jsou vymezena pravidla pro tvorbu konsolidované účetní závěrky a postupy při různých typech podnikových kombinací. Praktická část analyzuje dopady podnikových kombinací, uskutečněných společností MONETA Money Bank, a.s., do konsolidované účetní závěrky včetně jejich zhodnocení v rámci finančního hospodaření společnosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty hlavní výstupy z kapitol z praktické části a je zde zhodnoceno hospodaření analyzované skupiny. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is devoted to issues related to the process of creating consolidated financial statements and business combinations, especially according to the international standards IFRS. In the theoretical part, there are defined the rules for creating consolidated financial statements and the procedures for different types of business. The practical part of the diploma thesis examines the impact of business combinations made by the company MONETA Money Bank, a.s. to the consolidated financial statements as well as their evaluation in the financial management of the company. At the end of the thesis, the main outputs from the chapters from the practical part are summarized and also there is a summary of the financial performance of the group |
