| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá potenciálním využitím nástrojů důchodového systému pro zvýšení motivace občanů k rodičovství a tím ke zpomalení trendu stárnutí populace v České republice v roce 2023. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku všeobecné teorie penzijních a důchodových systémů, vymezení systému sociálního zabezpečení a také fungování těchto systémů v České republice. Současně jsou charakterizovány nástroje důchodového systému, které mohou potenciálně působit jako motivační prvky k rodičovství. V praktické části jsou prostřednictvím vývoje demografických ukazatelů analyzovány celosvětové změny v demografické struktuře obyvatelstva a současně jsou analyzovány dopady stárnutí populace na příkladu České republiky. Prostřednictvím zjištěných dat z dotazníkového šetření je vyhodnoceno, že přestože nástroje potenciální důchodového systému nemají potenciál zvýšit motivaci k rodičovství u nadpoloviční většiny osob ve věku 18 až 40 let, asignace části pojistného ze sociálního pojištění rodičům působí jako motivační prvek u většího podílu osob než výše dávek státní sociální podpory. Na základě dat z dotazníkového šetření je asignace části pojistného ze sociálního pojištění rodičům vyhodnocena jako nejvhodnější potenciální nástroj důchodového systému při snaze o opětovné navýšení míry fertility v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the potential use of pension system instruments to increase the motivation of citizens to become parents and thus to slow down the trend of population aging in the Czech Republic in 2023. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of the general theory of pension and retirement systems, the definition of the social security system and the functioning of these systems in the Czech Republic. At the same time, pension system instruments that can potentially act as motivators for parenthood are characterised. In the practical part, global changes in the demographic structure of the population are analysed through the development of demographic indicators, while the effects of population ageing are analysed using the Czech Republic as an example. Through the data obtained from a questionnaire survey, it is assessed that, although the instruments of the potential pension system do not have the potential to increase the motivation to parenthood for the overwhelming majority of persons aged 18 to 40, the assimilation of part of the social insurance contributions to parents acts as a motivating element for a larger proportion of persons than the amount of state social assistance benefits. Based on the data from the questionnaire survey, the assimilation of part of the social insurance contributions to parents is evaluated as the most appropriate potential instrument of the pension system in the effort to increase the fertility rate in the Czech Republic. |
