| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na podnikání a účetnictví v České republice, konkrétněji u obchodních korporací podnikajících v ČR. Záměrem je čtenářům přiblížit fungování společnosti v oblasti účetnictví v praxi na existující společnosti. První kapitola pojednává o podnikání, jeho definici a formách. Druhá kapitola se zabývá účetnictvím a jeho předpisy dodržovanými obchodními společnostmi. Poslední kapitola je již věnována konkrétní společnosti Caparol Czechia s.r.o., kde jsem popsala její vedení účetnictví včetně účetních postupů, oběhu účetních dokladů, inventarizace nebo dohadných položek. V závěru je sepsáno pár doporučení, která by dle mého názoru mohla pomoci s chodem společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on business and accounting in the Czech Republic, more specifically for business corporations doing business in the Czech Republic. The intention is to introduce the readers to the operation of accounting in practice in an existing company. The first chapter deals with entrepreneurship, its definition and forms. The second chapter deals with accounting and its regulations followed by business corporations. The last chapter is already devoted to a specific company Caparol Czechia s.r.o., where I described its bookkeeping, including accounting procedures, circulation of accounting documents, inventory or doubtful items. In the end, a few recommendations are made which, in my opinion, could help with the running of the company. |
