| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem „Analýza a návrh optimalizace systému plánů a rozpočtů“, jejím teoretickým rozborem a aplikací těchto poznatků na fungování společnosti Flixbus CZ s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní poznatky v oblasti systému plánů a rozpočtů a jejich využití v podniku. V praktické části je představeno fungování společnosti a její současný stav systému plánů a rozpočtů. Na základě teoretických poznatků shrnutých v první části byl zhodnocen stávající stav systému plánování a rozpočtů ve společnosti a poté navrhnuta konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení jeho účinnosti a efektivnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with "Analysis and optimization of the system of plans and budgets," its theoretical analysis, and the application of these findings to the operation of Flixbus CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge of the system of plans and budgets and their use in the company. The practical part presents the company's operation and the current system of plans and budgets. Based on the theoretical knowledge summarized in the first part, the current state of the planning and budgeting system in the company was evaluated. Then specific measures were proposed to improve its efficiency and effectiveness. |
