| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou úvěrů na bydlení poskytovaných na území České republiky. V teoretické části jsou popsány produkty stavebního spoření a hypoteční úvěry a pojmy související s jednotlivými produkty. U obou typů úvěrů je zmíněna podpora od státu. U hypotečních úvěrů se práce věnuje regulaci ze strany České národní banky a stanoveným úvěrovým ukazatelům, kterými ČNB trh reguluje. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou faktorů, které ovlivňují poptávku po hypotečních úvěrech. Analýza se týká makroekonomických faktorů i individuálních a behaviorálních faktorů potenciálních klientů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of housing loans provided in the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, building savings products and mortgage loans and concepts related to individual products are described. Support from the state is mentioned for both types of loans. In the case of mortgage loans, the thesis deals with regulation by the Czech National Bank and the established credit indicators by which the CNB regulates the market. The practical part deals with the analysis of factors that influence the demand for mortgage loans. The analysis concerns macroeconomic factors as well as individual and behavioral factors of potential clients. |
