| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami nového financování regionálního školství a jejími dopady na hospodaření konkrétní školy, Střední školy řemesel, Frýdek-Místek, příspěvkové organizace v letech 2018-2021. Základním pilířem je analýza rozdílu v systému hospodaření před a po zavedení legislativních změn v rámci financování regionálního školství a provedení mikroekonomického vyhodnocení dopadů této změny na základě údajů o vybrané škole. Teoretická část se věnuje vzdělávací soustavě České republiky, její struktuře, financování, významu a přínosu vzdělání. Podrobněji popisuje nástroje financování regionálního školství, zabývá se provedenými změnami v posledních letech na základě legislativních úprav v oblasti finančních transferů. Praktická část je zaměřena na reformu financování regionálního školství v České republice a její dopad na hospodaření konkrétní střední školy. Popsána je charakteristika zvolené příspěvkové organizace, provedeno zhodnocení vývoje hospodaření a uvedení propočtů, kdyby k reformě nedošlo. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the changes of the new regional education financing and their impact on the economy of a particular school – Secondary School of Crafts in Frýdek-Místek, contribution organization – carried out in 2018-2021. The mainstay of the work is the analysis of the difference in the economy before and after introducing legislative changes within the framework of regional education economy and implementation of micro-economic evaluation of the changes impact based on the data concerning the school. The theoretical part focuses on the Czech education system , its structure, financing, importance and benefit of education. Regional education financing tools are described in detail here and the work also deals with changes carried out recently on the basis of legislative amendments in the area of financial transfers. The practical part focuses on the reformation of regional education financing in the Czech Republic and its impact on the particular secondary school economy. The characteristics of the selected contribution organization is described, as well as the evaluation of economy development, including calculations taking into consideration reformation absence, have been performed. |
