The thesis provides a general definition of construction and its importance. It further explores construction budgeting and the subsequent pricing. In the first part, the construction sector is analyzed as a whole in terms of "size," "production," and "prices in construction." The second part examines 10 construction companies using selected financial indicators as two size groups of enterprises, resulting in a comparison of the pandemic's effects on "small" and "large" construction companies. The conclusion of the thesis describes an overall evaluation of the sector and the size groups of enterprises, including commentary based on the findings. |
