| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se v prvních kapitolách zabývá vymezením akcií v širším pojetí, které je společné jak pro české účetní předpisy, tak pro Mezinárodní standardy účetního výkaznictví. Následně je práce členěna na dvě větší části. Tou první je rozebrání tématu zachycení a ocenění akcií v české účetní závěrce a následně tutéž problematiku práce rozebírá z pohledu IFRS. Teorie je doplněna o ilustrativní příklady a závěrečná kapitola shrnuje nejpatrnější rozdíly vyplývající z použití svou diskutovaných účetních přístupů. |

| Abstract: | In the first chapters, this bachelor's thesis deals with the definition of shares in a broader concept, which is common to both Czech accounting regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards. Subsequently, the work is divided into two larger parts. The first one is an analysis of the topic of recording and valuation of shares in the Czech financial statements, and then the work analyzes the same issue from the point of view of IFRS. The theory is supplemented with illustrative examples, and the final chapter summarizes the most obvious differences resulting from the use of the accounting approaches discussed. |
