| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s principy sestavování a využití rozpočtů ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci, zhodnotit aktuální přístup k sestavení rozpočtu a na základě zhodnocení navrhnout možnou optimalizaci v této oblasti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou definici a popis systému plánů a rozpočtů a členění nákladů souvisejících s tvorbou rozpočtu. Následně je zaměřena na charakteristiku příspěvkových organizací, jejich specifika, a především pak na specifika v oblasti rozpočetnictví. Aplikační část je věnována představení konkrétní příspěvkové organizace a popisu aktuálního systému plánů a rozpočtů. Na základě získaných teoretických znalostí je následně aktuální systém zhodnocen a v návaznosti na zhodnocení je organizaci navrhnuta možná optimalizace aktuálního systému. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint the reader with the principles of budgeting and the use of budgets in a selected contributory organization, to evaluate the current approach to budgeting and to propose possible optimization in this area. The theoretical part focuses on the general definition and description of the system of plans and budgets and the breakdown of costs related to budgeting. Subsequently, it focuses on the characteristics of contributory organisations, their specifics, and especially on the specifics in the field of budgeting. The application part is devoted to the introduction of a specific contributory organisation and a description of the current system of plans and budgets. Based on the theoretical knowledge obtained, the current system is then evaluated and, following the evaluation, a possible optimization of the current system is proposed to the organization. |
