| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést inovativním způsobem technickou a fundamentální analýzu akcie McDonald‘s Corporation (MCD) za pomoci implementace moderního způsobu zpracování dat prostřednictvím programovacího jazyka Python. Bude provedena dekompozice časové řady, následuje zkoumání sezónnosti akcie a na ni aplikované obchodní strategie. Jako další bude zkoumán vztah mezi několika komoditami souvisejícími s obchodním modelem společnosti a akcií MCD. Budou představeny fundamentální faktory, které by mohly ovlivnit cenu akcie nyní i v budoucnu. Následně dojde k navržení obchodní strategie pomocí technických indikátorů, kterou budu optimalizovat pomocí optimalizačního algoritmu. V závěru bude pomocí programovacího jazyka Python a knihovny Facebook Prophet navržen predikční model k odhadu budoucí ceny akcie. Na základě výše zmíněných informací dojde ke zpracování investičního doporučení a k uvedení seznamu faktorů, které je nutné zvážit před investováním do této akcie. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to carry out a technical and fundamental analysis of the McDonald‘s Corporation (MCD) stock in an innovative way using the implementation of a modern method of data processing using the Python programming language. A time series decomposition will be performed, followed by an examination of the stock's seasonality and the trading strategy applied to it. Next, the relationship between several commodities related to the company's business model and MCD stock will be examined. Fundamental factors that could affect the share price now and in the future will be presented. Subsequently, a trading strategy will be proposed using technical indicators, which I will optimize using an optimization algorithm. Finally, a prediction model will be designed to estimate the future share price using the Python programming language and the Facebook Prophet library. Based on the above-mentioned information, an investment recommendation will be made and a list of factors that must be considered before investing in this stock will be provided. |
