| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na underwriting životního pojištění. Jedná se o jeden z nejdůležitějších procesů, který v pojišťovně probíhá a je zodpovědný za posouzení rizikového profilu klienta před jeho přijmutím do pojistné ochrany. Teoretická část práce se zabývá nejdříve problematikou životního pojištění, jeho následnou kategorizací a popisem produktů životního pojištění, které jsou dnes na trhu sjednávány. Práce postupně popisuje jednotlivé procesy v pojišťovně a největší důraz je kladen na lékařský a finanční underwriting. Praktická část diplomové práce obsahuje ukázky jednotlivých případů underwritingu u konkrétních klientů. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the underwriting of life insurance. Underwriting is one of the most important processes which insurance companies carry out. Underwriting in life insurance is responsible for assessing a client’s risk profile before their acceptance into insurance protection. The theoretical part describes the problematics of life insurance, the categorization of life insurance, and a description of life insurance products that are offered on the insurance market today. This diploma thesis gradually describes all individual processes within an insurance company and emphasizes medical and financial underwriting. The practical part contains specific examples of clients with a description of the underwriting process along with a final evaluation. |
