| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit, zda je z ekonomického pohledu vhodné provést rekonstrukci hotelu společnosti Fenit s.r.o. Metodika práce bude obsahovat metody finanční analýzy a postupy vyhodnocení účelnosti investičního projektu. Bude provedena hloubková analýza konkrétního investičního projektu a budou prozkoumány klíčové faktory, které je nutno zhodnotit při realizaci. Dále bude proveden rozhovor s majitelem hotelu, abychom získali hlubší pochopení investičního záměru a cílů tohoto záměru. Výzkumné otázky: 1.Je vhodné investovat do rekonstrukce hotelu? Podotázky: a.Dává investice smysl z pohledu perspektivnosti finančního zdraví společnosti? b.Jaké finanční a nefinanční benefity jsou očekávány po realizaci investičního záměru spočívajícího v rekonstrukci hotelu? c.Dává investice smysl z pohledu jednotlivých kritérií investičního rozhodování? |

| Abstract: | The main objective of the thesis is to evaluate whether it is economically appropriate to reconstruct the hotel of Fenit s.r.o. The methodology of the thesis will include methods of financial analysis and procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of the investment project. An in-depth analysis of a specific investment project will be carried out and the key factors that need to be evaluated in the implementation will be examined. In addition, an interview will be conducted with the hotel owner to better understand the investment project and its objectives. Research Questions: 1. Is it appropriate to invest in the reconstruction of the hotel? Sub-questions: a.Does the investment make sense in terms of the future financial health of the company? b.What financial and non-financial benefits are expected after the investment project consisting of the hotel's renovation? c.Does the investment make sense in terms of the individual investment decision criteria? |
