| Abstract: | Práce v první části popisuje realitní trh a faktory, které tento ovlivňují. Další část se věnuje problematice dostupnosti bydlení v České republice, Polsku a Německu a pomocí vybraných ukazatelů hodnotí její úroveň. Hlavní částí diplomové práce je popis regulací a podpůrných programů realitního trhu jednotlivých zemí. Jejich následná komparace je provedena tabulkovou formou. Analytická část obsahuje hloubkové polostrukturované rozhovory s několika experty z každé ze zkoumaných zemí. |

| Abstract: | The first part of the thesis describes the real estate market and the factors that influence it. The next part deals with the issue of housing affordability in the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany and assesses its level using selected indicators. The main part of the thesis is a description of the regulations and support programmes of the real estate market in each country. Their subsequent comparison is made in tabular form. The analytical part includes in-depth semi-structured interviews with several experts from each of the countries studied. |
