| Abstract: | Cílem práce je popsat východiska individuální účetní závěrky obchodních společností v České republice a posoudit správnost jejího sestavení aplikací na konkrétní společnosti. Práce propojuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické je nastíněna právní úprava individuální účetní závěrky obchodních společností v České republice a jsou vysvětleny pojmy účetní uzávěrka a účetní závěrka. Praktická část přináší detailnější pohled na provedení všech uzávěrkových prací a následné sestavení účetní závěrky za využití dat vybrané společnosti. Výstupem práce je vytvořený ucelený obraz o procesu sestavení individuální účetní závěrky konkrétní obchodní společnosti v České republice, doplněný o doporučení a opravy, které by vybraná společnost mohla zohlednit v následujících účetních obdobích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the foundations of individual financial statements of business entities in the Czech Republic and assess the accuracy of their preparation through the application to a specific company. The thesis combines theoretical and practical components. The theoretical part outlines the legal regulation of individual financial statements of business entities in the Czech Republic and explains the concepts of accounting closing and financial statements. The practical part provides a more detailed view of the execution of all closing activities and subsequent compilation of financial statements using data from a selected company. The outcome of the thesis is a comprehensive overview of the process of preparing individual financial statements for a specific business entity in the Czech Republic, supplemented with recommendations and corrections that the selected company could consider in subsequent accounting periods. |
