| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce porovnává burzovní aliance Euronext, OMX a Londýnskou burzu. V první kapitole jsou porovnány z hlediska historického vývoje a podmínek členství. Druhá kapitola se zabývá především předmětem obchodování, tržními segmenty, podmínkami přijetí cenného papíru, obchodními systémy a obchodními platformami. Ve třetí kapitole jsou burzy porovnány dle vybraných burzovních dat. Toto porovnání je rozděleno na 5 částí: hlavních burzovní indexy, tržní kapitalizace, objem obchodů, počet kótovaných společností a IPO´s z hlediska objemu a počtu. Důraz je kladen hlavně na vývoje za posledních 10 let. Hlavním cílem práce je nalezení odlišností a podobností ve výše zmíněných bodech porovnávaných burz. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis compares the stock exchange alliances Euronext, OMX and the London Stock Exchange. The first chapter compares them in terms of historical development and membership conditions. The second chapter deals mainly with the subject of trading, market segments, conditions of security acceptance, trading systems and trading platforms. In the third chapter, the exchanges are compared according to selected exchange data. This comparison is divided into five parts: main stock exchange indices, market capitalisation, trading volume, number of listed companies and IPOs in terms of volume and number. The focus is mainly on developments over the last 10 years. The main objective of the paper is to find differences and similarities in the above-mentioned topics of the compared stock exchanges. |
