| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku controllingu v zajišťovně a představuje best practice postupy pro správu dat, jejich transformaci a tvorbu reportů. Cílem práce je analyzovat a optimalizovat proces získávání dat, jejich transformaci a vytváření reportů s cílem dosáhnout efektivnějšího a přesnějšího řízení zajišťovacích operací. Výsledkem práce je komplexní metodika, která poskytuje konkrétní postupy a doporučení pro správu dat a tvorbu reportů v controllingových procesech zajišťovny. Tato metodika umožňuje zvýšit přesnost a efektivitu řízení zajišťovacích operací a přispívá k lepší informovanosti uživatelů. Zároveň představuje řadu nástrojů, pomocích, kterých můžou nejen zajišťovny, ale všechny podniky data získávat, pracovat s nimi a vykazovat je. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis focuses on the issue of controlling in reinsurance and presents best practice procedures for data management, data transformation and reporting. The aim of the thesis is to analyze and optimize the process of data acquisition, data transformation and reporting in order to achieve more efficient and accurate management of reinsurance operations. The result of the work is a comprehensive methodology that provides specific procedures and recommendations for data management and report generation in reinsurance controlling processes. This methodology allows to increase the accuracy and efficiency of reinsurance operations management and contributes to better information for users. At the same time, it presents a set of tools that can be used not only by reinsurance companies, but by all companies to obtain, work with and report on data. |
