| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickým vysvětlením některých nelegálních praktik, které se objevují v bankovní sféře. Popisovanými nelegálními praktikami jsou insider trading a praní špinavých peněz a dále korupce, phishing a úvěrový podvod. Práce zmiňuje také s těmito praktikami spojenou legislativu a sankce hrozící při jejich provádění. Dále se práce věnuje regulaci a dohledu v oblasti bankovnictví. Praktická část práce komparuje Českou a Slovenskou republiku a následně vývoj insider tradingu v těchto dvou zemích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical explanation of some illegal practices that occur in the banking sphere. The illegal practices described are insider trading and money laundering and also corruption, phishing and credit fraud. The thesis also mentions the legislation associated with these practices and the sanctions threatened when they are carried out. The thesis also discusses regulation and supervision in the banking sector. The practical part of the thesis compares the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic and then the development of insider trading in these two countries. |
