| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Footshop s.r.o., která se specializuje na prodej obuvi a módních doplňků. Cílem práce je zhodnotit finanční zdraví společnosti a navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení její finanční situace. Úvodní část práce se věnuje představení a seznámení s analyzovanou společností a její konkurencí. Následující část se zabývá samotnou finanční analýzou a teorií s ní spojenou. V této části jsou analyzovány hlavní ukazatele finančního zdraví společnosti a jsou identifikovány klíčové faktory ovlivňující výkonnost společnosti. Na základě výsledků finanční analýzy jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení finanční situace společnosti a pro zajištění jejího budoucího úspěchu. Pro finanční analýzu v této práci byly použity pouze data z veřejně přístupných zdrojů. Celkově má tato práce přínos pro manažery a investory, kteří chtějí zlepšit své rozhodování na základě důkladné finanční analýzy podniku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of Footshop s.r.o., which specializes in the sale of footwear and fashion accessories. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company and propose recommendations for improving its financial situation. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the introduction and familiarization with the analyzed company and its competitors. The following section deals with the financial analysis itself and the theory behind it associated with it. In this part the main indicators of the company's financial health are analysed and the key factors affecting the company's performance are identified. On the basis of the results of the financial analysis, recommendations for improving the financial situation are proposed and to ensure the future success of the company. For the financial analysis in this thesis only data from publicly available sources were used. Overall, this thesis has the benefit of for managers and investors who want to improve their decision-making based on a thorough financial analysis of a company. |
