Diplomová práce řeší nastavené interní procesy řízení projektů v konkrétních odborech. Teoretická část práce se věnuje popisu projektu a jednotlivých částí a dále popisu samotných manažerských činností a metodik a standardů pro řízení projektů. Praktická část práce analyzuje nastavené procesy a konkrétně porovnává rozdíly mezi dvěma odbory. Na základě tohoto porovnání a jejich závěrů jsou doporučeny návrhy na zlepšení. |

The porpuse of this theses is to explore internal project management processes in specific departments. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the description of the project and its individual parts, as well as to the description of the managerial activities themselves and the methodologies and standards for project management. The practical part of the work analyzes the set processes and concretely compares the differences between the two departments. Based on this comparison and their conclusions, suggestions for improvement are recommended. |
