| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje audit projektu v neziskové organizaci INEX-Sdružení dobrovolných aktivit, která je zapsaným spolkem. Teoretická část se věnuje specifikům neziskových organizací s důrazem na spolky a financování projektů prostřednictvím dotací a grantů. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na audit v neziskových organizacích, především na audity projektové a na auditorské standardy, které se při jejich realizaci uplatňují. Pozornost je věnována také porovnání statutárního auditu s auditem projektovým na základě vybraných charakteristik. Praktická část popisuje průběh auditu projektu, který organizace podstoupila v roce 2021, se zaměřením na problematické oblasti sestavení závěrečného vyúčtování a vedení projektového účetnictví, jelikož oboje bylo předmětem ověření auditorem. Na jeho základě jsou v závěru formulována doporučení pro zajištění hladkého průběhu projektového auditu v neziskové organizaci. Poslední podkapitola obsahuje polemiku nad vyžitím auditorských standardů a vhodností označení této konkrétní zakázky za audit. |

| Abstract: | This thesis describes project audit in the non-profit organization INEX-Association for Voluntary Services. The theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of non-profit organizations with an emphasis on associations and financing projects through grants. The second chapter of the theoretical part focuses on auditing in non-profit organizations, especially on project audits and related auditing standards. Attention is also paid to the comparison of the statutory audit with the project audit on the bases of selected characteristics. The practical part describes the course of the project audit, which the organization underwent in 2021, focusing on the problematic areas of final reporting and managing project accounting as both were subject to verification by the auditor. It concludes in recommendations to ensure the smooth running of the project audit in a non-profit organization. The last sub-chapter contains a discussion of the use of auditing standards and the appropriateness of labeling this engagement as an audit. |
