| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na finanční situaci ve Formuli 1. V první řadě hodnotí hospodaření jednotlivých týmů, které dosahují čím dál lepších výsledků a se zvyšující se popularitou sportu by si měly nadále vést velmi dobře, k čemuž přispívá také rozpočtový strop, který omezuje jejich náklady. Toto omezení zajišťuje větší finanční stabilitu týmů a za cíl má také větší vyrovnanost mezi týmy, toho ovšem zatím nedosahuje. Dále se práce věnuje výnosům celého sportu a tomu, jak jsou finance dále rozdělovány mezi týmy. Momentální systém je stále nakloněn ve prospěch větších týmů, což vede k dalším výhodám. Pro budoucí vyrovnanost, férovost i zajímavost sportu by bylo na místě tento systém upravit a více pomoct slabším týmům, aby mohly reálně konkurovat těm větším. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the financial situation in Formula 1. Firstly, it evaluates the financial management of individual teams which are achieving increasingly better results and should continue to perform very well due to the growing popularity of the sport and a newly introduced cost cap. This cost limitation ensures financial stability of the teams. It also aims to promote greater parity among them although that has not been fully achieved yet. Furthermore, the thesis examines the revenue of the entire sport and the way the finances are distributed among the teams. The current system favors larger teams, leading to additional advantage. For the future balance, fairness and entertainment of the sport, it would appropriate to adjust this system and provide more support to the smaller teams, enabling them to realistically compete with the larger ones. |
