| Abstract: | Téma této diplomové práce je finanční a strategická analýza společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. Práce je rozdělena na dvě částí – metodickou a empirickou. V metodické části je představena finanční analýza, vymezeny vstupní informace pro její provedení a hlavní ukazatele, které se v rámci finanční analýzy sledují. Stejně tak je popsaná strategická analýza. Empirická část začíná ředstavením společnosti a pokračuje výpočtem finančních ukazatelů společnosti. V poslední části provedu strategickou analýzu. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma thesis is the financial and strategic analysis of Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. The work is divided into two parts – methodological and empirical. The methodological part resents the financial analysis, the input information for its implementation and the main indicators that are monitored within the financial analysis. Strategic analysis is described in a similar way. The empirical part begins with the introduction of the company and continues with the calculation of the company's financial indicators. The last part of the empirical part is a strategic analysis. |
