| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou čtyř konkrétních incidenčních sporů v insolvenčním řízení a zkoumá jejich dopad do účetnictví dlužníka či věřitele. Teoretická část práce čtenáře seznamuje s konkrétním názvoslovím insolvenčního řízení z pohledu insolvenčního zákona, které se bude objevovat v dalších kapitolách této práce. Druhá kapitola popisuje čtyři konkrétní vybrané incidenční spory. Jsou zde uvedeny informace o tom, jaký konkrétní problém spor řeší, jakým způsobem lze podat žalobu a jaké jsou možné výsledky těchto incidenčních sporů. Poslední, praktická část, se zaměřuje na popis těchto konkrétních incidenčních sporů vedených v praxi dle informací v insolvenčním rejstříku. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of four specific incidental disputes in insovlency procesure and examines their impact on the debtor´s or creditor´s accounting. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the reader to the specific terminology of insolvency procedure from the perspective of the Insolvency Law which will appear in later chapters of this thesis. The second chapter describes four specific selected insolvency disputes. Information is provided on what specific issue the dispte addresses, how a lawsuit can be filed and what the possible outcomes of these incidental disputes are. The last, practical part, focudes on describing these specific insolvency disputes conducted in practice according to the information in the insolvency register. |
