| Abstract: | Úkolem dané bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční a strategické analýzy dopravní společnosti C.S.Cargo a. s. pro účely posouzení jejího finančního stavu a zjištění jejího obchodního potenciálu. V práci je zkoumáno posledních 5 let činnosti společnosti, počínaje rokem 2017 až po rok 2021. Výzkum se opírá o výhradně veřejně dostupné zdroje a data zveřejněná v účetních závěrkách společnosti a její konkurence. Práce je rozdělena na 5 částí. První část je věnovaná představení společnosti a konkurence. Druhá část krátce popisuje makroekonomický vývoj státu, kde společnost a její konkurenti sídli. Třetí část je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu podniku. Předposlední část obsahuje finanční analýzu společnosti. Poslední část je SWOT analýza, která v sobě kompiluje informace dosažené z předchozích kapitol. |

| Abstract: | The task of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare a financial and strategic analysis of the transport company C.S.Cargo a. s. in order to assess its financial situation and determine its business potential. The thesis examines the last 5 years of the company's activity, starting from 2017 to 2021. The research is based solely on publicly available sources and data published in the financial statements of the company and its competitors. The bachelor's thesis is divided into 5 parts. The first part is devoted to the introduction of the company and the competition. The second part briefly describes the macroeconomic development of countries where the company and its competitors are based. The third part is focused on the strategic analysis of the company. The penultimate part contains the financial analysis of the company. The last part is a SWOT analysis, which compiles the information obtained from the previous chapters. |
