| Abstract: | Daná bakalářská práce je zaměřená na definování IPO jako zdroje financování podniku a hodnocení úspěšnosti tohoto způsobu financování na příkladech konkrétních českých a evropských firem. Mezi české zkoumané společnosti patřily firmy: Hardwario a.s., Pilulka Lékárny a.s., Bezvavlasy a.s. a Coloseum Holding a.s. Z evropských společností byly vybrané Porsche AG, Vår Energi a Industrie De Nora S.p.A. U vybraných společností se objevila souvislost IPO efektu s podhodnocením emisního kurzu a úspěšnost IPO v krizových obdobích. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis is aimed at defining the IPO as a source of business financing and evaluating the success of this method of financing on the examples of specific Czech and European companies. Among the examined Czech companies were: Hardwario a.s., Pilulka Lékárny a.s., Bezvavlasy a.s. and Coloseum Holding a.s. Among European companies, Porsche AG, Vår Energi and Industrie De Nora S.p.A. were selected. For selected companies appeared a connection between the IPO effect and underpricing of the issue rate and the success of IPOs in periods of crisis. |
