| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce „Výkonnost akcií Colt CZ Group SE po IPO“ je prvotní veřejná nabídka akcií skupiny. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá obecně prvotní veřejnou nabídkou akcií, kdy je vysvětlen samotný proces, výhody i nevýhody veřejné nabídky, a přiblížena je též konkrétní situace kapitálového trhu ČR. V praktické části je představena samotná skupina Colt CZ Group SE a rozebrán její vstup na veřejný trh, výkon akcií, srovnání vstupu a výkonu s ostatními společnostmi z českého burzovního trhu. Dále srovnání výkonu akcie skupiny s burzovními indexy a zahraniční konkurencí. V práci jsou rozebrány i základní finanční ukazatelé skupiny Colt CZ a tržní porovnání na pražské burze. Konečným cílem je zhodnocení vstupu a výkonu akcií skupiny Colt CZ po IPO oproti porovnávaným společnostem a indexům. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the bachelor thesis "Performance of Colt CZ Group SE shares after IPO" is the initial public offering of the group. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the initial public offer of shares, which explains the process itself, the pros and cons of the public offer and the situation in the Czech Republic. The practical part introduces the Colt CZ Group SE itself and discusses its entry into the public market, the performance of shares, the comparison of entry with other companies from the Czech stock market. Furthermore, a comparison of the performance of the group's shares with stock indices and foreign competitors. The thesis also discusses the basic financial indicators of the Colt CZ group and market comparisons on the Prague Stock Exchange. The final objective is to evaluate the entry and performance of Colt CZ shares after the IPO against the other companies and indices. |
