| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá digitalizaci a automatizaci účetnictví. Zaměřuje se na implementaci digitalizačních a automatizačních nástrojů do všech účetních procesů. V práci jsou popsány varianty využití umělé inteligence, robotů (RPA) a automatizačních nástrojů a funkcí účetních softwarů, které pomáhají zefektivnit účetní práci, eliminovat manuální a rutinní činnosti, ušetřit firmě čas a peníze. V práci lze nalézt konkrétní postupy digitální transformace celého účetního oddělení, všech účetních procesů. Dílčím cílem práce je analýza fungování malé „papírové“ účetní firmy a na základě popsaných postupu přeměny, navrhnout varianty digitalizace a automatizace vybraných účetních procesů. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the digitalization and automation of accounting. It focuses on the implementation of digitalization and automation tools in all accounting processes. The thesis describes the variations in the use of artifitial intelligence, robots (RPA) and accounting software automation tools and features that help to streamline accounting work, eliminate manual and routine activities, and save the company time and money. In the thesis are also described the specific steps of digital transformation of the entire accounting department, all accounting processes. The sub-objective of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of a small „paper-based“ accounting company and, based on the described transformation procedures, to propose options for digitalization and automation of selected accounting processes. |
